Tax procedures

As one of the few firms in the Netherlands, VDB has tax attorneys-at-law. They specialize in discussions with the Dutch tax authorities about tax issues. They are true tax litigation specialists and can assist you with objections, appeals, and higher appeals if necessary. They can even represent you in proceedings before the Supreme Court. VDB is connected to a substitute judge in the tax chamber and a former Advocate General who advised the tax chamber of the Supreme Court.

We can also assist you if your company faces an investigation by the tax authorities or receives a penalty.
