Marco Haanappel is civil-law notary and managing partner of VDB Advocaten Notarissen and is active in the fields of national and international corporate law. He specializes in national and international, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financing transactions, the reorganization and restructuring of national and international large and medium sized concerns, including profit and non-profit companies and in the organization and reorganization of contractual and other forms of collaborative arrangements (private companies). He advises management boards and supervisory boards on Governance aspects.

Marco Haanappel has been graduated in Notarial Law at Leiden University in June 1996. He has been appointed as civil-law notary in January 2012.
