Ingrid Nuijten has been working as a candidate civil-law notary since 2011 and joined VDB Advocaten Notarissen on 1 January 2016. Ingrid is specialized in general and notarial corporate law and advises national and international clients on the various aspects of corporate law in the context of (cross-border) mergers, demergers, (cross-border) conversions, takeovers and restructurings.
