Civil-law notary

Evelien Kraaijveld has been working as a deputy civil-law notary since 2004 and at VDB Advocaten Notarissen since September 2019. Evelien graduated in notarial law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2004 and in Dutch law from Tilburg University. Evelien is specialized in corporate law and advises national and international clients on the various aspects of corporate law, including legal structures, (cross-border) mergers, demergers, acquisitions and restructurings. 

Evelien has also experience on estate planning and governance and transfers of family businesses and other family property.
